(LEARFIELD) – BOSTON – The bad start to the Bucks season continued Monday night with a 119-108 loss at Boston to the Celtics.
Milwaukee had led at halftime by a bucket, but the wheels came off in the second half.
Boston broke the game open with a 15-2 run that started late in the third quarter and extended into the fourth quarter.
Khris Middleton was out of the lineup again, but Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard were effective.
Lillard talked about theBucks who are now 0-2 on road trip with three straight losses.
Lillard said that they still have confidence.
Meanwhile, Bobby Portis said when Khris Middleton returns, things will be better.
The two stars combined for 63 points, 13 rebounds, and 13 assists.
The Bucks have dropped three of their first four games.
They will stay on the road to play at Memphis against the Grizzlies Thursday.
