TOWN OF GILLETT, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – The Oconto County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a suspected driver in a hit-and-run crash.
At about 7 p.m. Friday, authorities were called for a two-vehicle crash involving a UTV and a sport utility vehicle on Shawano Line Road at Nelson Road in the Town of Gillett.
Authorities believe Obilio Thomas Sargento Robrelo, 32, was the driver and is the person of interest. He currently resides in the city of Gillett, according to the sheriff’s office.
Robrelo left the scene on foot after the crash, but law enforcement was unable to locate him after a search.
The sheriff’s office has not provided any information on the condition of anyone else involved in the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
