BYRON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A woman died after the minivan she was driving overturned in Fond du Lac County.
At 10:47 a.m. Friday, dispatch received a call of an overturned minivan in a ditch on River Road in the town of Byron.
The caller said two people were trapped inside of the vehicle.
When first responders arrived on scene, they were able to free and extricate the passenger.
The driver, a 45-year-old Fond du Lac woman, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
