ASHWAUBENON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The action of the Green Bay Packers’ international game is coming to Titletown.
Titletown will host a Packers Watch Party, Friday, Sept. 6 while the team plays against the Philadelphia Eagles in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
It’s the NFL’s first-ever game played in South America.
For fans who could not travel for the game, the free event will take place on Ariens Hill at 5 p.m. and wrap up 30 minutes post game.
While the event is free to attend, registration is required to secure a spot and have the chance to win Packers giveaways, prizes and autographed items. Guests must check in at the information station to be eligible to win.
The evening will have activities for families and visitors of all ages to enjoy, including live music, tailgate games, sign making and postcard sending stations, a photo booth and more. Food trucks, specialty drinks and other food and beverage options will be available to purchase throughout Titletown. Additional details and activities for the watch party are being planned and will be announced as the event approaches.
Parking is free in the Titletown parking lots, and attendees are reminded that tailgating is not permitted. Fans are also asked to keep in mind the park’s policies as they prepare to enjoy the festivities. Carry-in coolers, glass bottles, lawn chairs and portable grills are not permitted in Titletown.
