KAUKAUNA, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The constant hum of air conditioners has become a consistent sound in Northeast Wisconsin. However, it takes a lot of energy to keep homes and businesses cool.
As a result, Kaukauna Utilities is asking customers to conserve energy any way they can during this hot and humid week.
“We’re just asking customers from the hours of 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. to try to conserve energy any way they possibly can,” said Michael Avanzi, general manager of Kaukauna Utilities.
