APPLETON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — An Appleton house fire caused about $250,000 worth of damage.
Crews were called to a home in the 1400 block of W. Franklin Street around 12:54 a.m. Monday.
Upon arrival, smoke and flames were showing from the second story.
The fire was brought under control within 20 minutes.
Firefighters are working to determine the cause.
Properly working smoke alarms were present in the residence.
No injuries were reported.
