WRIGHTSTOWN, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Authorities are investigating a “suspicious fire” that occurred in Wrightstown over the weekend.
Around 1:15 a.m. Saturday, the village’s police and fire departments were called to a structure fire at 331 Main Street.
Officials say the home’s occupants, a father and a young child, escaped with no injuries. However, there were “suspicious circumstances surrounding how the fire started.”
As a result, the Wrightstown Fire Department Chief asked the Brown County Arson Task Force to investigate.
