GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A Texas man has been indicted for allegedly conspiring with a Wisconsin resident to produce child pornography.
Federal prosecutors say Bobby E. Matjeka, 44, of San Antonio, conspired to use a child in inappropriate content between Dec. 10, 2021, and May 2022. That content was then transported across state lines.
Appleton police worked on the investigation as well as federal officials and local authorities in San Antonio.
Matjeka will be arraigned in federal court in Green Bay.
If convicted, Matjeka faces 15-30 years in prison and would be required to register as a sex offender.
