
OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A drug bust in Oshkosh landed 11 people behind bars.
The Oshkosh Police Department says officers from its Vice and Narcotics Unit, as well as detectives and the SWAT team, searched the home in the 1400 block of Walnut Street on Tuesday. The warrant was the result of a “lengthy drug investigation,” police said.
Those arrested ranged in age from 29 to 74. Eight were arrested for outstanding warrants. Police are recommending charges of cocaine and drug paraphernalia possession against a 74-year-old man. Police are recommending charges of maintaining a drug trafficking place against a 61-year-old woman. Officers are recommending a 44-year-old man be charged with two counts of manufacturing cocaine, two counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place and several counts of bail jumping.
Names of those arrested were not released.
