GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — An arrest warrant issued for a woman allegedly connected to an armed robbery at a Green Bay restaurant has been canceled.
Police say Abigail Guerrero, 30, of Bellevue, appeared in Brown County court earlier this week.
She is charged with armed robbery – PTAC, as party to a crime and obstructing an officer.
According to the complaint, Guerrero was working at El Ranchito restaurant on S. Webster Avenue on Feb. 17 when her boyfriend, Reinaldo Fuentes-Nietzsche, 26, showed a gun and demanded money.
El Ranchito’s owner later told police he estimated up to $20,000 was taken.
After his arrest in March, Fuentes-Nietzsche confirmed Guerrero knew of the robbery plans, the complaint reads. A search warrant was then issued for Guerrero.
Fuentes-Nietzsche faces counts of armed robbery with threat of force, possession of THC and intentionally point firearm at person. He returns to court April 25.
