It was an uphill battle for the Milwaukee Brewers all evening and they came up short against the San Francisco Giants in Cactus League action Thursday, 7-6. Starter Robert Gasser had a rough outing, giving up six runs on seven hits with four walks in just three and a third innings. Milwaukee got a couple of runs batted in each from Jake Bauers and Zavier Warren. The Brewers are 12-14 in spring games with six left to play before they break camp next week. Milwaukee will split the squad Friday with games against Seattle and Kansas City. You can hear the Brewers battle the Royals with pre-game coverage beginning at 3:00 PM on 1440 AM and 101.9 FM WNFL.
