APPLETON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – A Seymour man was ordered Monday to stand trial on an attempted homicide charge.
Jeffrey Proski, 34, waived a preliminary hearing on five counts, including attempted first-degree intentional homicide for the March 6 incident.
He returns to court April 17 for an arraignment.
Upon entering the residence, officers located an occupant who had suffered serious injuries and requested rescue. The victim was transported to a hospital. Proski was arrested.
Proski is also accused of spitting at a deputy.
