GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The man suspected of robbing a Green Bay restaurant at gunpoint has been formally charged.
Reinaldo Fuentes-Nietzsche, 26, of Bellevue, appeared in court Tuesday, where a $50,000 cash bond was set.
Fuentes-Nietzsche faces counts of armed robbery with threat of force, possession of THC (the active component of marijuana) and intentionally point firearm at person.
He was arrested last week following the Feb. 17 robbery of El Ranchito on S. Webster Avenue. He got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Police say when they arrested Fuentes-Nietzsche, they found cash and a handgun, which they believe are related to the crime.
Fuentes-Nietzsche is due back in court April 25.
