MARINETTE, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — An upcoming listening session will offer residents the opportunity to share their suggestions regarding the future of UW-Green Bay’s Marinette campus.
Last month, UWGB announced it will suspend in-person classes in Marinette due to enrollment challenges.
In a Facebook post Tuesday, campus officials said the Marinette County administrator will be holding a listening session “in an effort to keep University faculty, staff and students aware of events” surrounding the campus.
There will be no formal presentation; rather, the public is invited to attend the hearing at their leisure to offer comments or share their ideas for redevelopment. Residents can stay for the entire length of the listening session or leave after making their remarks.
It will take place on-campus at the Herbert Williams Theatre on Feb. 21 from 4 to 6 p.m.
