(WTAQ-WLUK) — An Appleton man was arrested on his fourth suspected OWI offense in Brown County.
It happened just after 9:30 p.m. Sunday on I-41, south of Scheuring Road, when a state trooper observed a pickup truck without taillights and was weaving in its lane of travel.
The trooper activated their emergency lights and siren and the vehicle pulled over.
After approaching the vehicle, the trooper noticed signs of impairment from the driver.
The driver completed Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and was subsequently placed under arrest. After a blood draw, the driver was transported to the Brown County Jail.
