FOND DU LAC, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Vickendrika Jones was sentenced to 19 years in prison for stabbing a man outside a bar.
Jones, 32, was also placed on extended supervision for 20 years at Tuesday’s sentencing hearing by Judge Tricia Walker, court records show.
He previously pleaded no contest to attempted first-degree intentional homicide for the Aug. 6 stabbing outside the Press Box bar.
The victim received multiple stab wounds and a friend drove the victim to the hospital where he received lifesaving surgery. The surgeon said that the victim would likely have died if not for the surgical procedure.
