WINNEBAGO COUNTY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Outdoor warning siren tests have ended for the season in Winnebago County.
The county’s emergency management says the weekly tests will resume in the spring.
Outdoor sirens are not meant to be heard indoors. It is recommended to use a NOAA weather radio and a smartphone app to be notified of severe weather threats while indoors.
