MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A Manitowoc man appeared in court Tuesday on possible reckless homicide charges for allegedly providing the drugs which killed a man in February.
Formal charges against Nathan Tollefson, 41, have not been filed. During a bail hearing Tuesday, bond was set at $50,000 cash. An initial appearance is scheduled for Monday.
According to a police probable statement, police responded to an overdose on Feb. 19. Police determined Tollefson and victim had exchanged messages about a drug sale.
The victim’s name was redacted from the probable cause statement.
