FOND DU LAC, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – A man allegedly involved in a retaliatory shooting for a Fond du Lac murder pleaded not guilty Friday.
Lamarion Moore, 19, faces several charges, including attempted first-degree intentional homicide, for a May 23 shooting.
Moore and Adamite Willey allegedly fired shots at a vehicle they believed was involved in a May 7 homicide at Maplewood Commons apartments.
Tatyanna Zech was killed in the original incident.
Antonio Johnston – whose arrest in Chicago was announced Friday – and Parise Larry are charged for the Zech murder.
Court records show Moore waived a preliminary hearing Friday, and entered the not guilty plea. Trial is scheduled for Nov. 13.
Willey enters a plea Sept. 15. Larry has a status conference Nov. 6. A court date in Wisconsin for Johnston has not been determined.
