FOND DU LAC, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Students at Marian University can now learn how to protect people and businesses’ financial health.
The college announced the launch of a new bachelor of business administration program in risk management and insurance.
“Once students learn all that Risk Management and Insurance has to offer, it will be hugely popular,” program director Jessica Little said in a news release. “Risk Management is a career that is in high demand and recession-proof.”
“Risk Managers protect people from financial catastrophe,” Marian president Michelle Majewski said in a news release. “Today’s students want to make a difference and Risk Management is career where they can own tremendous positive impact.”
The addition of the risk management program comes on the heels of Marian’s introduction of a major in construction management.
