MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Manitowoc police are looking for additional victims who may have had contact with a man accused of child enticement.
Desmond McWilliams, 23, was arrested Tuesday after police say a 16-year-old girl received text messages from McWilliams, offering controlled substances in exchange for sexual contact.
The complaint also indicated McWilliams may have threatened to release photographs of the teen if she did not have sexual contact with him.
Police say a search of McWilliams vehicle found controlled substances and a search of his cellphone found digital content that may suggest McWilliams has conducted similar activities with other young girls.
