GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – The Preble-Pulaski “Culinary Showdown” might be the tastiest competition in the area.
The friendly competition between the two high schools’ culinary programs took place Tuesday evening at the Rock Garden in Green Bay.
Each school provided five teams of three culinary students.
The teams prepared 400 servings of two different appetizers. Attendees could try each one and vote on their favorites.
Pulaski High School’s Team 4 took home the trophy Tuesday with their jalapeno avocado cream cheese wontons and Thai beef cucumber bites.
The culinary showdown supports each school’s culinary program.
