HARRISON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) –One person is dead and two others were injured after a crash in the Village of Harrison last night.
Officials believe speed and alcohol were a factor.
Police were called to the intersection of Oneida St. and State Highway 114 at about 8:15 p.m. on Saturday night.
A sedan with three passengers was heading eastbound when a pickup truck going southbound struck the sedan in the driver’s door.
The 19-year-old Grand Chute man driving the sedan was thrown from the vehicle and died from his injuries.
A Menasha man and woman in their early 30s were taken to the hospital.
The 59-year-old Kaukauna woman driving the pickup truck wasn’t injured.
She was arrested for homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle.
Officials say the crash remains under investigation.
The names of those involved will be released once the family is notified.
