APPLETON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A fall marathon is returning to the Fox Valley.
The Community First Fox Cities Marathon is open for registration.
All familiar weekend events are back for the Sept. 16-18 weekend. These include:
- Community First Fox Cities Marathon
- ThedaCare Half Marathon
- Orthopedic & Sports Institute Relay
- Scheels 10K Run/Walk
- Ascension 5K Run/Walk
- Guardian Kids Fun Run
- Huggies Diaper Dash & Toddler Trot
- OSMS Health & Wellness Expo
Organizers encourage participants to register early to get the best registration prices of the year.

The Fox Cities Marathon will also have a virtual option coming soon.
Early bird prices, with the lowest registration rates available, are open now through May 31, 2022.
