GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) — A severe thunderstorm warning was in effect for much of the listening area Tuesday afternoon as powerful rain and thunderstorms moved through the area.

Up to 60 MPH wind is anticipated along with possible hail.
Hail the size of peas was reported by listeners in Bellevue.

A Special Marine Warning has also been issued, including the Green Bay south of line from Cedar River to Rock Island Passage and north of a line from Oconto WI to Little Sturgeon Bay WI and Green Bay south of line from Oconto WI to Little Sturgeon Bay WI until 6:45 PM CDT.
