GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The case of a man who allegedly burned the body of a murder victim whose remains were found on the edge of the UW-Green Bay campus remains on hold as the evidence in the case is reviewed.
Jeisaac Rodriguez-Garcia has pleaded not guilty to one count of mutilating a corpse in connection with the drug debt death of Jason Mendoz-Ramos.
In court Monday, defense attorney, Sarah Malcore, said she is still reviewing the evidence in the case, and needs more time.
