GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – UW-Green Bay is seeking city approval for a 232-student campus housing project.
The four-story building would be built by University Village Housing, Inc. on land east of the Mauthe Center and north of the Kress Event Center, according to documents submitted to the city.
Construction on the property would begin in the spring of 2022, with an anticipated completion for the fall semester of 2023.
The plans show each unit including a kitchenette, living area, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
The documents submitted to the city do not include a cost for the project. FOX 11 has requested that information from UWGB.
The Plan Commission meets at 6 p.m. Monday.
