WAUPACA, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Matthew Delzer was convicted Wednesday on eight charges related to a series of drug offenses, including making marijuana vaping cartridges.
Delzer, 22, pleaded no contest to drug delivery, theft, bail jumping and other counts. Multiple other counts were dismissed. No sentencing date was set, according to court records.
Clintonville police raided a home on 12th Street in October, 2019, discovering a marijuana growing operation, as well as items for making vaping cartridges with THC, the active ingredient in marijuana. Several other charges were from subsequent offenses.
The other suspect in the cartridge case, Brooke Schweitzer, was placed on probation for two years and ordered to perform 100 hours of community service. If she successfully completes probation, her record would be expunged, court records show.
