SUAMICO, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Hunters can get ready for deer season at the Brown County Rifle Range.
The Brown County Parks Department says the range will be open for gun and bow sighting on Saturdays and Sundays in October from 8 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. and in November, it will be open daily from Nov. 1 through Nov. 18 from 8 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
There is a $7 charge per person or per gun/bow, which includes targets and assistance. There is no charge to veterans on Veterans Day.
The range is open rain or shine.
This year’s gun deer season runs from Nov. 20-28.
