OCONTO, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Oconto County Public Health will hold several COVID-19 vaccine booster clinics in November.
Starting Nov. 1 at 9 a.m., eligible individuals can make their appointments for the Pfizer booster shot by calling (920) 834-6846.
Appointments will not be made before this date and time. The appointment phone line will be open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will close once appointments are full. Appointments will not be accepted by voicemail. If you do not reach a scheduler, please hang up and call again.
The clinics will offer Pfizer vaccine boosters only.
Eligible individuals include adults 18 and older who received a Johnson & Johnson vaccine as well as the following groups who received either a Moderna or Pfizer vaccine series:
- 65 years and older;
- 18 years and up who live in long-term care settings;
- 18 years and up who have underlying medical conditions;
- 18 years and up who work or live in high risk settings
