OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) — For the second time this week, Oshkosh Police were called out to Oshkosh West High School Thursday.
Police say the School Resource Officer there requested emergency assistance around 1:52 pm to a fight between several students.
Multiple officers responded.
The School Resource Officer and members of the school’s staff quickly diffused the situation, according to police. The cause remains under investigation.
In consultation with the Oshkosh Area School District, as a precaution, there will be additional police presence at OWHS on Friday, September 17. Police say there is no danger to the public.
