GREEN BAY (WLUK) — Green Bay Packers fans will get the chance to try seven new food creations at concession stands this year.
They are the Tailgater Pierogi, Potato and Cheese Pierogi, Chorizo Quesadilla, Bourbon Bratwurst, Touchdown Mac and Cheese Bratwurst, Gyro and Feta French Fries.
“They always have a lot of fun in the offseason coming up with these items,” said Heath Barbato, general manager of Delaware North, the Packers’ concession provider. “It’s made it a little bit more trying this year with some new food items during COVID and everything to get together and collaborate on these things. But they still managed to get a few great new items out this year.”
- Lambeau Field’s Potato and Cheese Pierogi is topped with Polish sausage, sautéed onions and sauerkraut, and charred chive crema. It will be available in Section 486.
- Lambeau Field’s Tailgater Pierogi is stuffed with bratwurst, cheese curds, onion, sauerkraut and a beer mustard crema. It will be available in Section 486.
- Lambeau Field’s Chorizo Quesadilla includes chorizo sausage strips, black bean corn salsa and Monterey Jack cheese. It will be available at the Johnsonville Tailgate Village outside Lambeau Field.
- Lambeau Field’s Bourbon Bratwurst has sausage strip bourbon jam, sautéed onions and provolone cheese on a pretzel brat bun. It will be available at the Johnsonville Tailgate Village and sections 134 and 152.
- The Touchdown Mac and Cheese Bratwurst has sausage strips, macaroni and cheese and fried sauerkraut. It will be available at the Johnsonville Tailgate Village and sections 134 and 352.
- Lambeau Field’s gyro includes tzatziki sauce, lettuce tomato and onion. It will be available in section 124.
- Lambeau Field’s Feta French Fries include Greek seasonings, crumbled Feta cheese and a side of tzatziki sauce. They will be available in section 124.
