OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – A Sunday afternoon apartment complex fire has left the structure uninhabitable.
The Oshkosh Fire Department says they responded to the 1300 block of Maricopa Drive at a four-unit apartment complex shortly after 2:00 p.m. Sunday,
Upon their arrival, crews could see smoke and flames coming from the exterior near the back of the structure.
Officials say the fire appears to have started on a second-level balcony.
Nine people have been displaced. American Red Cross is helping a few of the residents.
No injuries were reported.
