OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – Oshkosh Police are investigating a weapons call that occurred along the 200 block of West 10th Avenue early Sunday morning.
Officers responded to the area around 1:30 AM, following reports that a male passenger had fired a gun several times at another vehicle.
Investigators found that a disturbance had taken place between several people in that area, and those involved took off in two separate vehicles. Those vehicles drove in the same direction, which is when a male driver fired a handgun several times into the side of the other car.
Officers took a 16-year-old male into custody for Attempted First Degree Intentional Homicide, Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Possession of Stolen Property and First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety. A 38 year old female is being referred to the District Attorney’s Office for the charges of Party to the Crime of First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Child. A 15 year old female is being referred to the District Attorney’s Office for Disorderly Conduct.
