GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Brown County is bringing back a wellness survey.
The county first held Wello’s Health and Well-Being Survey in 2019 to create a baseline for the community.
The survey asks questions focusing on four areas or domains: physical health, mental health, social relationships and environments in which people live, learn, play and work.
The results of this year’s survey will be compared to the 2019 findings to see what areas of well-being Brown County has increased, decreased, or remained the same.
“The COVID-19 pandemic put a spotlight on how important our health and well-being is to not only to ourselves as individuals, but also to our families, economy, and community as a whole,” said Natalie Bomstad, Executive Director of Wello. “This survey is an opportunity for Brown County residents to be heard and tell us how they are doing so we can come together to co-create fair and just opportunities to improve well-being for all.”
The survey runs from July 15 – August 31. The survey is 32 questions, available in both English and Spanish. The survey is completely confidential.
