GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) — A former Suring official is now facing federal child sex abuse charges.
Former Suring village trustee John Fredenburgh, 36, was indicted by a federal grand jury on Tuesday on two counts of traveling across state lines with the intent to have sex with a minor, and a third count of using a computert in an attempt to entice a minor.
He faces 30 years in prison on each travel count, and between ten years and life in prison on the enticement charge.
The charges are in addition to the 17 other child sex abuse related charges he faces in Wisconsin.
