TOWNSHIP OF CALUMET, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – A 5-month-old infant died Monday in Fond du Lac County, despite resuscitation efforts.
The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office says it was called to N10198 Gulig Road in the Township of Calumet shortly after 8:30 a.m. for a 5-month-old infant who was unresponsive and not breathing.
A Communications Officer gave the caller CPR instructions, but those efforts were unsuccessful.
The death is under investigation by the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office Detective Bureau and the Fond du Lac County Medical Examiner’s Office.
