OCONTO, WI (WTAQ) – Suring village trustee John Fredenburgh pleaded not guilty today (Tuesday) to two dozen sexual assault of a child charges.
Fredenburgh, 36, faces three counts of first-degree sexual assault of a child, four counts of repeated sexual assault of a child, five child enticement counts, plus other charges, for allegations dating back to 2016.
Fredenburgh also has worked as a substitute teacher and county human services worker.
Court records show no trial date was set. A status conference is set for July 9th.
