MENASHA, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Watch out for fake $100 bills in the Fox Valley.
Menasha police issued the warning in a social media post on Tuesday.
Police say that while there are many varieties, several incidents involving “movie money” have been reported. The bills have Chinese characters printed on the front and back with fake security features.
