GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Green Bay Mayor Eric Genrich wants to start the post-pandemic economic recovery.
He was joined by Wisconsin’s Department of Revenue secretary for a roundtable. They asked community leaders, stakeholders and other business and area leaders to help start the process.
“We are in a very fortunate position in that we have $25.23 million to work with in the city of Green Bay,” Genrich said. “The county has another $50 million to work with. But we want to make sure we’re very well coordinated in communicating with the community and extending those resources.”
The “Stop the Spread Coalition” will have a series of local conversations to help Wisconsin emerge from the pandemic quicker.
