GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Casey Fulton pleaded not guilty Monday to a non-fatal shooting in Ashwaubenon.
No trial date was set. He returns to court April 16 for a status conference, court records show.
He’s charged with attempted first-degree intentional homicide for the July 24 incident. According to the criminal complaint, police responded to a residence on Alice Drive, where they found the victim with a gunshot wound to the abdomen.
