State Rests Case in James Prokopovitz Trial, Defense Will Not Call Witnesses

GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) — The trial of a man accused of killing his wife appears to be coming to a conclusion.

The state rested its argument in the case against James Prokopovitz, accused of killing his wife Victoria, who disappeared in 2013 and has not ever been found.

The state called 44 witnesses during their argument. The defense opted not to call any witnesses, and James Prokopovitz himself opted not to testify.
