OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – A Winnebago County jury acquitted a man of murder in a dispute about his girlfriend.
Ricardo Martinez-Mendez was charged with first-degree intentional homicide for the death of Jarvis Gladney because Gladney had said something derogatory about Martinez-Mendez’ girlfriend.
The trial started Monday, with the jury returning the not guilty verdict Tuesday, court records show.
The incident happened Sept. 19 at a home on Taft Avenue
