APPLETON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Appleton’s Death by Chocolate event usually has people walking down College Avenue to sample delicious desserts.
But just like everything else this year, the annual event won’t be looking like this, this year.
Instead, people can get their taste-testing in with Death by Chocolate to-go boxes.
You can already pre-order boxes for $25.
And each box has 12 chocolate treats from local businesses.
“That’s everything from chocolate cupcakes to a mini hot chocolate bomb, even cookies and popcorn, chocolate popcorn as well. So a wide variety, and you’re going to get a coupon sheet that’s going to give you offers to go and support more local businesses in the district,” Appleton Downtown Inc. Marketing Director Lynn Hardy said.
There is a limited quantity of boxes available, and all boxes must be pre-ordered.
You can then pick up the box on Feb. 12 or 13.
