OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Specialty vehicle manufacturer Oshkosh Corp. has completed its purchase of Pratt Miller.
The deal is valued at $115 million. Pratt Miller specializes in engineering and technology for motorsports and other vehicles.
“We are pleased to complete the acquisition of Pratt Miller, an organization led by its world-class engineering and motorsports heritage,” Oshkosh Corp. president/COO John C. Pfeifer said in a news release. “This acquisition will allow us to leverage Pratt Miller’s experience and innovation in areas such as artificial intelligence, robotics, autonomous and connected systems and electrification, positioning our Company for future growth.”
Pratt Miller will retain its name, employees, facilities and branding. It will also maintain its motorsports partnership with General Motors.
