MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ) — We now know what killed the inmate found dead at the Manitowoc County Jail back in September.
Sheboygan County officials, who were investigating the death of 36-year-old Justin Hall, say he died of a Fentanyl overdose.
He obtained the drugs from another inmate, who detectives are recommending charges against.
Hall was found dead “in an awkward position” in his jail cell on September 15th.
