KIMBLERY, WI (WTAQ) – A Kaukauna man was arrested Monday after an investigation involving crimes committed against children online.
Fox Valley Metro police say they conducted an “online Internet Crimes Against Children investigation” into 43-year-old Timothy Manns.
According to police, the investigation found that Manns had been messaging online with an undercover officer posing as a female child.
Manns drove to Kimberly to meet with the child, where he was met by officers and arrested without incident.
Manns was taken to the Outagamie County Jail on three felony charges, including use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, attempted 2nd degree sexual assault of a child and child enticement.
