GRAND CHUTE, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A Silver Alert has been issued for a man last seen at a Grand Chute hotel.
Authorities say Loren Mundt, 63, was last seen Thursday at the Clarion Inn, 3033 College Ave. Investigators say he left the hotel around 10:45 a.m. after speaking with the front desk worker, who said he seemed confused.
Mundt’s son told police he suffers from dementia and was recently released from the hospital. He checked into the hotel on Wednesday for a seven-day stay.
Mundt is homeless and it is believed he is not taking his prescribed medication.
Mundt is described as being 5-foot-8, with blue eyes. He has red and gray hair and a full beard and mustache. He was last seen wearing a maroon and gray long-sleeved sweatshirt with a partial zipper and blue jeans.
