OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Charges will not be filed in connection with the death of a man after an incident at an Oshkosh home on Aug. 21.
There was a disturbance at a home on Mallard Avenue. A few days later, Jerome Wallin, 57, died of the injuries he suffered. Three people were arrested, including one man for substantial battery and possible homicide charges.
But in a decision issued by prosecutors obtained Tuesday by FOX 11, District Attorney Christian Gossett said no charges will be filed.
