DE PERE, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – A classroom at De Pere’s Heritage Elementary will quarantine for at least 14 days after an individual in the classroom tested positive for COVID-19.
In a letter sent to families, the De Pere School District says the quarantine comes per district protocol and applies to all students and staff who are in the classroom of the individual.
The letter did not say whether the individual, who is quarantined, is a student or teacher.
According to the district, classes will resume for all other students today.
The district says updates will be provided as it knows more.
